Each is filled with tips and techniques, white papers and technical documents, testimonials and video snippets, tools, resources and case studies -- all geared to address the needs of Lotus's business partners and customers. |

Web-Based AutoLease Training Program | |

BancOne Credit Company (BOCC), a major provider of financing for consumers interested in purchasing or leasing automobiles, needed to train employees about the sales, delivery, and service of the company's AutoLease products. The major challenge: these employees fell into seven different functional areas and were located in various cities throughout the country. In partnership with Brown Performance Group, Inc., a six-module course was developed, delivered directly to employees' desktops via the Web. Pre-tests assessed each employee's prior knowledge of a given module, enabling the learning experience to be tailored to the needs of the individual. Because it was vital to ensure that employees had taken and passed the training, the course's database was designed to track each learner as well as the results of all final tests. This course's rich graphics and varied interactive exercises provided functionality still uncommon in Web-based applications. |
